Features
Works offline
Assigned tests, items and templates are stored on the device. You can keep testing without a connection, and your results sync when you are back online.
Signed PDF certificates
The certificate lists every item with its readings and result, and carries the engineer's saved signature. It is ready as soon as the test is complete.
Class I and Class II
Record the equipment class for each item. Class II items don't need an earth continuity reading, and the certificate shows N/A rather than a blank.
Retest alerts
Each item has a next due date. The dashboard shows what is overdue, due this week and due this month.
Clients and sites
Organise work by customer, site and location. Sites can be imported in bulk, which helps when you take on a large client.
Customer portal
Clients get their own login to view and download their PAT certificates.

- No. Class II (double-insulated) items have no earth, so CertBase records earth continuity as not applicable and the certificate shows N/A.
